The above quote is GST exclusive. 10% GST will be added to the cost. If invoice payment is not made, you will be referred to our debt rececovery agent and the customer will be liable to pay the invoice amount along with any additional costs incurred in the settlement of this tax invoice. Further legal action will be taken. All credit card charges incurr a 3% surcharge. Cancellation fee of $88 applies to all cancellations regardless of when the cleaning was booked. In the event that the cleaners arrive at the property and the client is not at the property without cancelling the booking, upon phone calls made by our cleaners, the cleaners will wait 15 minutes at the property, and if still no one arrives, full payment (quoted amount incl gst and 3% surcharge for credit card transaction) will be charged. If you as the tenant or your realestate agent is not satisfied with our cleaning services, please let us know within 24 hours as no action will be made after this specific period. The cleaners will only re-clean the areas that the customer has paid for. We do not provide any refunds but onlysen back cleaners if complained within the timeframe. We will send cleaners upon our availability. On occasions the customer is notwilling to pay for any extra cleaning ou of the end of lease caning checklist and then the real estate complains about those areas that the customer has not paid for. This is not our responsilibility to clean those areas and we can only organise to clean those extra areas if the cleaner is willing to pay for it. It is your responsibility to make sure that you check your property once cleaning has been completed. No return will be offered for any steam cleaning carpet, upholstery, curtains or blinds cleaning. Customers are under the interpretation that steam cleaning transforms the carpets , upholstery or curtains/blinds into new. This is not correct. Steam cleaning only lifts up dirt and dust and could possibly lighten stains. Spot cleaning stains is a different process so you would require both steam cleaning & stain removal if your belongings are stained & dirty.
